Whole Olives

Whole Olives

These  are  olives  in  which  the  stones  have  not  been  removed.  They  have  the  same shape as when they were first picked from the olive tree.

Pitted Olives

Pitted Olives

These  are  olives  in  which  the  stone  has  been  removed  using  pistons,  which  leave a characteristic asterisk-like mark on the fruit.

Sliced Olives

Sliced Olives

These are obtained from pitted olives. They are sliced using a special machine with fine aligned blades that cut the olives so that the slices are always of the same thickness.

Stuffed Green Olives

Stuffed Green Olives

After being pitted, the green olives are stuffed with different ingredients. We export our olives to more than  75 countries  all  over the  world  and  have  a wide variety  of fillings ranging from classic anchovy and pepper to different types of cheese, almond, salmon, garlic, orange and lemon, suited to the local tastes of each country.
