Our Coopoliva Gold EVOO award winner in Japan

Our extra virgin olive oil Coopoliva Gold recently won an award in one of the principal olive oil competitions, held in Japan.

The 8th edition of the prestigious competition “OLIVE JAPAN International Extra Olive Oil Competition” took place at the beginning of this month and our EVOO Coopoliva Gold won a gold medal. This year the competition evaluated 700 extra virgin olive oils from 23 countries from all over the world.
Our Coopoliva Gold EVOO had already received several accolades for its excellent quality: a gold medal in “NYIOOC World Olive Oil” and a bronze in the “Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition”.

This product is made from the highest quality olives aceitunas of the Picual variety.

EVOO Coopoliva Gold is the result of a painstaking production process in which we supervise every stage of picking and extraction to ensure that the olives arrive in perfect condition. A product already appreciated by olive oil lovers in more than 75 countries which, on this occasion, has received its well-deserved recognition in Japan. 

After product tasting, the ‘Olive Japan’ judges defined our Coopoliva Gold olive oil as a product with a medium green fruity aroma, medium balanced with a wonderful taste and clean sensation in the mouth. Authentic liquid gold, as its name eloquently expresses.
