After two years in which we have seen our presence at events reduced, we return with great strength, enthusiasm and also projects to talk about. At Agrosevilla we are delighted to once again have the opportunity to take our products all over the world and to see partners, clients and friends from all countries.
Here we detail the principal global trade fairs at which Agrosevilla will be present in 2022.
PRODEXPO 2022 – Moscow
The first event of 2022 that we attended took place in Moscow. For five days we were at Prodexpo, the great international food and beverage fair in Russia and Eastern Europe that was held in Moscow from February 7 to 11.
Attended by more than 68,600 visitors from 115 countries, it should be noted that Prodexpo has been decisive in the development of the food industry in the region for more than 20 years, in addition to playing an important role in the promotion of the food industry in Russia and Eastern countries.
GULFOOD 2022 – Dubai
From February 13 to 17, the Agrosevilla sales team traveled to Dubai to attend the acclaimed meeting point of the sector at Gulfood, hosted at the World Trade Center Dubai.
Gulfood is the largest fair in the Middle East related to the food, beverage, gastronomy, hotels, nutrition and refrigeration sectors. In its latest editions, it recorded large numbers of visitors, with more than 95,000 professionals and 5,000 exhibitors from more than 200 countries.
During this most recent edition, we enjoyed business meetings with current partners and clients, and it is also worth thanking Juanma Moreno, President of the Andalusian Government, for visiting our stand at Gulfood.
ALIMENTARIA 2022 – Barcelona
In the month of April, Agrosevilla will participate for the first time in Alimentaria, an extremely important event in Spain. This international meeting is held in Barcelona, from April 4 to 7.
Participation in this fair is a real opportunity to create and strengthen ties at both an international and national level. Alimentaria is a leading biennial fair in the Food sector. In figures from 2018, its last edition due to suspension in 2020 because of the pandemic, Alimentaria obtained more than 150,000 professional visits and more than 4,500 exhibiting companies.
PLMA Amsterdam 2022 – Amsterdam
With the arrival of spring we travel to Amsterdam to attend the international event PLMA Amsterdam 2022. Specifically, from May 31 to June 1, we will attend the annual international fair that, for more than thirty-five years, has brought together retailers and manufacturers in the agri-food sector
SIAL Paris 2022 – Paris
The last appointment scheduled for 2022 will be at SIAL Paris from October 15 to 19. An international meeting that represents a unique global showcase for the agri-food sector. Every year, SIAL brings together producers and buyers from around the world, revealing the trends and innovations that will shape the agri-food industry of tomorrow. The last event welcomed 160,000 professional visitors from 120 nationalities, with more than 7,200 exhibitors.
At Agrosevilla we celebrate the return to face-to-face events, which are possible thanks to the improvement in the global health situation. We face 2022 with enthusiasm and a great desire to promote our products and projects under the umbrella of innovation, sustainability, commitment and quality that defines Agrosevilla.
